You Do You

The goal of the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation is to help men live healthier lives, but they realized pretty quickly that telling people to completely change who they are or overhaul their lifestyle usually doesn’t land. Most guys don’t see themselves in perfect health advice, and the bigger the change feels, the easier it is to ignore. So instead of preaching or trying to scare people straight, the campaign took a slightly darker and more relatable approach. It basically said: you can still be yourself, flaws and all, but there are healthier ways to do it. Rather than asking men to become different people overnight, it focused on small shifts that felt realistic, honest, and a lot more achievable.
